windows server 2016 group policy not working on windows 10

I am working on Windows server 2016

our Client PC are windows 10 pro

I am trying to disable the complexity requirement of the GPO but it is not working.

the Client PC still says "Unable to update the password. The value provided for the new password does not meet the length, complexity, or history requirements of the domain"

could anyone help me with this please.
