Stop Windows Updates on Windows Server 2016 with Hyper-V

Good Morning.

I Have a single Hyper-V with a about 10 VM on a Win2016 server.

I found my host server automatically rebooted due to automatic windows updates installation.

I'd want to stop automatic Windows Updates and just update the server manually, if I want, when I want.

Is this possibile?
