Multiple Windows Server 2012 print servers spoolsv.exe crashing many times a day, with faulting module localspl.dll

Checking the event log right before crash does not show a common print queue or print driver causing crash. FSC runs clean. Each print server has over 500 to 1000 print queues and many print drivers. Spoolsv.exe is version 6.3.9600.18895 and Localspl.dll is version 6.3.9600.18937. Any ideas what to check? Any hot fix to fix an issue like this. Server is running up to date SP1 and current fixes.
