Windows 10 Pro 64 bit install resulting in BSODs

I have a new system that I have been trying to get up and running for quite some time. I have had it up several times but have then had it end up in a loop of BSODs until I can't run it and can't recover it via the Advanced Options menu in Recovery mode. I now have it hang during the install phase (before first reboot after copying files) and it gives me a BSOD message "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE". II can then reboot and start to add a user but then get repeated BSODs such as PFN LIST CORRUPT and PAGE FAULT IN NON-PAGED AREA. I'm trying to track down the likely culprit and make it work. The system is as follows:
Gigabyte x470 Aorus Gaming 7 motherboard

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X CPU

Samsung Evo 860 500GB SSD

Seagate Firecuda HDDs x4 in RAID10

32GB Corsair DDR4 RAM

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 WindForce OC 3GB video card
