Hi,
This is my sister laptop and she didn't upgrade to windows 10 so far. It is dell laptop and it is preinstalled with windows 7 ultimate original key (OEM keys) and has 32 bit version.
i had downloaded windows 10 in my usb pendrive. Because of virus in it i am planning to do clean install of windows 10.
in cmd prompt
slmgr /xpr --> Windows (R) 7 ultimate edition. The machine is permanently activated.
slmgr /dli --> Description : Windows operating system _ Windows (R) 7 ultimate edition , OEM_SLP channel
Licence status : Licenced
i want to know
Q1] can i fresh or clean install windows 10 and During installation, if asked to enter a product key, can I click on skip this step. will Windows 10 will automatically activate online after the installation is complete?
Q2] At present i have 32 bit version of windows 7 ultimate . can i fresh or clean install windows 10 pro with 64 bit version?
Q3] if i change from 32 bit version to 64 bit version will activation of windows 10 will be successful or will it will give any problem?
Q4] Since my current OS is Windows (R) 7 ultimate edition and this machine is permanently activated. if i clean install windows 10 pro will their will be any activation problem after installing windows 10 pro?
please provide me solution towards it.
