Powershell Restriction for power user

Hi,

I have plenty of powershell scripts that would like to delegate to some of power users via powershell web access.

I would like them to access in to a W2012 server, restrict them to only one dedicate folder and run few powershell scripts in that folder.

Does new-pssessionconfiguration file possible to do that? or any other idea?
