When I boot a customers computer everything comes on and shows the desktop. After a few seconds Two cmd windows open up and then all the icons and task bar are gone. all it shows is the background. this is what the cmd windows say:
#1
C:\Windows\system32\cd "C:\Windows\System32"
'Go' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
The operation completed successfully.
The operation completed successfully.
The operation completed successfully
#2
C:\Windows\system32>taskkill /f /IM explorer.exe
All I know is that they gave access to the computer for one of those scammers who says they are with Microsoft. They shutdown the computer then reboot it and it had a message at start up saying to call this number to fix your computer. I was able to get rid of that message from ever responding agian and did the task manager new task explorer thing to regain the desktop. I am having a very difficult time trying to find out how to stop it from taskkilling explorer.exe. I have ran multiple virus scans with Norton and McAfee. If you have any info for me, please let me know. Thank You.
