Can I still purchase a Windows 98 CD with a Product Key?

After a response from another Community Member, it would appear that Windows 10 is not compatible with my computer. Her response most likely is/was correct as I have had problem after problem since installing it. I used to have a Windows 98 CD, but I gave it away when I upgraded to Windows 10. So now I would like to buy another one, if they are still available with a Product Key. Are they? Any idea of the cost too. Thanks
