My disk usage is at 100% - possibly with ESET?

Hello! I have read through many posts and forums and other stuff but haven't found a solution to my problem. So what's happening is that my computer slows down quite often after it's startup, or sometimes just randomly. I have opened Task Manager and every time I do Disk Usage is red and between 90% - 100%. Is there anything I can do? Oh, I forgot to tell, I am also using ESET Cyber Security, and this app pops up a lot with 5 mb/s under Disk Usage. Is it the problem?
