How to change resolution to double-wide for use with a display software

I am a rep for my church and is setting up screens for EasyWorship display. A recommendation for setting up the screens is to use a double-wide resolution. The ones recommended are:

1. Standard 4:3 - 1600x600 or 2048x768
2. Widescreen 16:9 - 2560x720
3. Widescreen 16:10 - 2560x768



My laptop does not have these, how can I get this done? Any ideas please?
