driver.sys , INF and catlog file linking

Hi ,

drivers till windows 2012 were linked using INF file but with windows 2016 and EV signing process we also generate catlog .cat files.

How .cat files generated after signing driver and INF files need to be linked together while installing driver on windows 2016 ?
