Not able install the monthly update on Windows 2016 Server

Team,

We are setting a new domain & WSUS server is not yet ready. Internet is also not available on that server.

I downloaded the latest update from the below link but getting msg. unsupported version during the installation.

Microsoft Update Catalog

Getting Oracle Cressp error during RDP so need to patch those servers.

Please help.
