Black screen after booting up with only mouse cursor (unable to access Safe Mode nor Ctrl + Alt + Delete)

So about a month ago I had bought a brand new Asus Vivobook Pro, and apart from slow disk speeds from time to time it was working pretty fine. Fast forward to around 2 days ago, and I was simply browsing some articles on Google Chrome, and had some streaming site (Netflix I believe) opened on Edge. I started to get bored so I decided to do some gaming, and as I was closing both tabs, as soon as I clicked to close the Edge tab, the entire PC just completely froze. After some time waiting I finally decided to hard reset it, and when I booted it up again I ended up getting the error message 0xC000020A, and the infinite repair loop that followed. Doing some research, I ran a few lines in cmd prompt, which got rid of the error, yet now here comes the actual problem

Whenever I start up the computer, everything goes fine with the Asus logo and the spinning dots, however as soon as that's completed and it goes to the next screen (login I presume) the entire screen goes black, with only the cursor appearing. I've tried letting it sit for a few hours but that was to no avail

I've also tried many different solutions online (as there are a number of reports) but none of the troubleshooting options seem to work. Whenever I try to restart into Safe Mode, or disabling Driver Signature Enforcement, I'm met with the same situation. I've tried running commands such as chkdsk but it didn't change anything. I've even tried resetting the PC (all available options) but after around 5% it just stops and says the PC can't be reset. The only plausible option I could think of is booting the Windows 10 iso, but Vivobook pro's don't have CD drives (afaik) and I don't have access to an 8gb USB.

Based on others I'm assuming it's either a disk fault or Windows error. I don't think it was malware since there was nothing really on the PC anyway and the stuff I did have were the same things I have on my desktop
