What is a "weak sound"? You may be hearing a click. Go to Control
Panel>Sound and Audio Devices>Sounds tab. Scroll down to the entry for
"Start Navigation" and set it to "None".

If that's not what you mean, then please post back with a better
description.

No, this does not sound like a virus. It sounds like you have either
something wrong with your sound card, your speakers, or interference
next to the speakers. It really isn't possible for me to guess without
either more information from you (see below) or seeing the machine and
your setup. In any case, this does not sound like a virus. Of course,
you should be protecting your system with an antivirus program and a
firewall.

When I open the folder, a very low and continous sound, will be heard.
ofcourse this happens while the speakers are at high level volume.
