Automatically Create and Map User Personal Folders

Hello Forum,

As of now, our Windows 2012 Domain does NOT create a personal folder for any new users.

I would like to automatically have personal folders created for each new user AND have them mapped to their profile, desktop, regardless of where they login.

Additionally, I'd like to manually assigned existing users a personal folder and have it roam for them as well. Scripts and/or how-to pointers to relevant documentation would be appreciated.

I'm trying to do this under Users and Computers, Account Settings for each user but it doesn't seem to be working. Used to do this with login scripts, but I'm not sure that is the best way to go about this any longer.
