On the Spanish side of the forum, I am not getting all the help I need, so I
am coming here to see if you guys can help me (is good to know English).
The thing is, I got like 2 weeks with this issue, today I finally decided to
get official support via email from Micro$oft but when I try to submit the
form, I get an error, so I decided to come to English groups.
I get the error 0x80072ee2, I tried the Knowledge Base article
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836941/en-us) with NO SUCCESS at all, I have
problems on steps 5 and 6 on method 1, seems to me like this article is not
useful for Windows Vista, I mean, the guided help is not even designed for
Vista.
I can not update Windows Defender either, I get the same error code.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bits, Spanish Edition (it's OK, I
understand English).
Please, help me.
