Several randomly bsods every day caused by: ntkrnlmp.exe

Hello,

Since couple of days I'm facing several BSODs every day on one of our servers. Windows 2012 R2, virtual machine on VMware.

Ran ran memtest86 on the host with no errors, run checkdisk, sfc /scannow, dism with repair.
VMtools was reinstalled.

Ran Windows memory diags on host and VM with no errors. I'm running out of ideas, I've tried to debug minidumps but is beyond my skill for now. Is there anyone who can look into it and advice what's going on? Dumps are in attachment on onedrive.

Minidump

I'm hoping to find a fix for this.

I appreciate your time. If you need anything else, please let me know ;))

Thanks!
