Services Not Starting on AD/DHCP Server - Access Denied

Hi All,

Yesterday I had a server restart and now I can't start a number of services on it:

Base Filtering Engine
DHCP Client
DHCP Server
IP Helper
Network Location Awareness
Windows Firewall
Diagnostic Policy Service
Software Protection
IPsec Policy Agent
Windows Time

I am getting an Error5: Access is denied. error if I try to start these.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
