Windows 2016 Licences : how to active them ?

Hello,

I receive 8 papers from DELL, that contain the proof that my company buy MS licences.
But the number Inside these papers are wrong when I try to activate the products.

Is there a MS web site where I can specify the number form the papers to obtain 8 other numbers to activate my products ?
