Windows 2016 Server Update Failed

Hi


I am facing this Cumulative Update issue from Feb-2018. It says that "Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4343887) Failed to install. This is a backup server with running Backup Exec 16. How can I fix this problem?
