Sql application on server 2012 r2

I have a 2012 r2 server with several clients. The problem I am having is that my sql app runs fine on the server. When I try to run it from an attached client it fails. It appears that the app goes to the sql but FoxPro will not pass information to sql. This application is running in several other locations (which are not mine). I should have mentioned that this is a purchased app and they don't know why. They say it works at many other locations. Help Help Thanks in advance
