MS Windows 8.1 -64 bit downloads all say not for this PC - has MS dropped Win 8.1?

Is there some reason that Microsoft Store has half-dozen "not for this PC" windows 8.1 update downloads?

Cannot Microsoft determine a valid download update for the perfectly good pc's that came with Windows 8.0 - (wee lad we barely knew ye! - so gone so soon!) Thanks for nothing Microsoft. $$$$$$
