Big file in C:\Users\"user"\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\SysWOW64

Hi

in this filder , in my Windows Server 2012 R2 with remote desktop services, i have an user with a big big file name 'NO' in the folder

C:\Users\"user"\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\SysWOW64

but i don't know what it's ..

can i delete this file? before deleting, i want to know what it's, I see that it is always updated as a file
