Camera Installation

I need help please assist. I deleted a camera Icon because I could not get the right settings. I then later installed a camera under Microsoft then the camera appears on site where I am working on but I can not see the Icon for further settings. I need to know what must I do to see the Icon on my screen on Desktop to make it easier to set a camera any time I need to
