Password Policy

Dear all

I have splite domain controllers Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2.

I have followed this article Fine-Grained Password Policy in Windows Server 2008/2008R2 | iSiek's blog about Microsoft Windows services and applied fine grained password policy. I have applied to few users but the policy is not working.

I don't want to change my default domain policy for the password as I need to check fine grained password policy work on a test users then I can apply across the board.
