Touch keyboard keeps popping up

At each instant that i put my mouse/cursor at an entree field or form the Touch Keyboard of my 2in1 keeps appearing, eventhough i am using the machine mostly with my (hardware) keyboard connected. How can I turn this touch keyboard off?


- I do however like to keep the option of using it when I use the tablet, of course.

- The touch keyboard is not to be confused with the on-screen keyboard via Ease of Access (which is turned óff)
