running w32tm /config , is it goint to change date and time?

Dears ,

I work in the production environment , I see in the ServerManager best practice a flag suggesting me to run

w32tm /config /computerC.Domain.TLD /manualpeerlist:time.windows.com /syncfromflags:manual /update .

is this going to impact my current server/client date,time and time-zone setting?

for example change my client or server time to any other location
