Yesterday I reset my computer. When I turned it on this morning, it asked for my region/language etc, and then it moved to the screen where it asks in bold letters:
"Why did my PC restart?"
It says that there was an issue with resetting the computer, and it wants to download an update to fix it. I connected to the internet and pressed next, and now it continues to just put me back at the first screen where it asks for my region/language and then tells me there was a problem resetting again.
Is there anything I can try to fix this besides repeatedly pressing the "Next" button?
