I cannot open the Store app. I click on it and it does absolutely nothing. I have tried to reset the app and that does not help. When I click on "get the app" button online which tries to open it up through the app store, I receive this message...

The operation was not completed because an unexpected host ID was encountered.
This is a new computer, so I tried to find where I would put in information to sync it to the rest of the computer and the information associated with it, but I was unsuccessful in finding anything... sooooo… here I am asking for your help. Please & thank you!
