IO1 Initialization Failed On Dell Server

Running a Dell T130, UEFI boot with RAID 1 (S310) Windows Server Essentials 2016. After installing recent Windows updates server now stuck in loop with BSOD with stop code: IO1 Initialization Failed as soon as Windows starts loading.

Note: running bootrec /repairbcd (or bootrec /scanos) shows 0 Windows installations found.

Any ideas?
