Updating to Windows 8.1 from 8.0

Hi!

I want to update to Windows 8.1 from 8.0. Is the update still available?

I found following instructions-

They say to open Store and then click update. But when I open store, I do not get any tile saying Windows 8.1 update. Please tell how can I update?
