In Windows Server 2012 R2, how do you get to Safe Mode if logging in is IMPOSSIBLE????

I know the first thing people want to ask is why logging in is impossible, but the why there is irrelevant to the question as that is the easy part to fix if I can only get to safe mode. Please do not think about the fluff and concentrate on the issue for me... How to get to safe mode if you can't log in?
