Windows Server 2016 - Cumulative Update Issue

Hello and good morning,


I have a Windows Server 2016 that failed to download and install cumulative updates.


This is the second time that I have reinstalled (full clean install) and this issue still persists.



The steps that I have done :

- Run Windows Update troubleshooter - Potential Windows Update database error - Not fixed

- run sfc /scannow - no issue

- run DISM - no issue

- the 'net stop' troubleshooting - wuauserv not stopping - stopped by taskkill - some dll modules error - restarts - same issue

Installing updates manually also no avail.

This installation is on physical server on Dell PowerEdge R730.
