non page pool memory leak

Hello

we are seeing an issue with memory leaks with bunch of 2012 r2 servers espeically with non page pool memory exceeding untill we do the reboot. we noticed that issue started around late august early september and only two patches(KB4345424, KB4338831) were installed during that time. I did not find any issues with specific to the memory leaks. Does anyone have come accorss issue like this.
