Add-DNSServerTrustAnchor fails

When running the command "add-dnsservertrustanchor -root" on both WS12R2 and WS16, I receive an error in the shell that was rather obscure. I just wanted to share that my test environment included one DC and one stand-alone DNS. In both cases (WS12/WS16), I was not able to create the root anchor point. I am posting to this forum just to state that a fresh install of WS16 with ADDS feature installed (first), then DNS feature installed, I was able to easily create the root trust anchor in the new DC running DNS.
