Dear Friends:

I am new to Infrastructure, May I know how do I do monthly patch update ? I downloaded from Microsoft Catalogue, but all the cumulative updates that does not install to my server.

I am running Windows Server 2016- Version 1607.

Question, Please help:

- can I direct install Oct updates, or do I need to install from January 2018 to Oct 2018

- I downloaded cumulative update for windows server 2016 ( 64bit ) and install, I have this error- windows update standalone installer error 0x8007000d
