Hi Rai,
I wanted to explain the reason that your answer did not work for me. I didn't realize that I was using Vista and not Windows 10. So as I read through your suggestion and noticed that there was a suggestion that you gave me. The suggestion was related to your giving me the address Ncpa.? sorry I could not remember what the final three letters where in the address I used but once I input the address it showed me something else it was a couple of questions that once I clicked on the second question it took me to what I needed. What it did was took me to this address: Control Panel\All Control Panel items\Network Connections.
I have never filled out a response before I hope I've done it correctly. As I said earlier you ended up giving the answer to me by putting the above address on one of your responses and I did appreciate all your help. I don't know what to post this as a question or a discussion so I will guess which to do. I unchecked the notification question because I am sure I don't need a response from anyone except maybe you because of what I used your responses for.
