CHKDSK output - "An unspecified error occurred (696e647863686b2e 8cd)"

My external hard disk drive is detected in the device manager but from file explorer it cannot open, not even shows free space status.

Checked in Storage > Disk Management but it stuck forever at "Loading disk configuration information..."


Following is the output of CHKDSK /f. Please help me understand if I can get access to the data from this disk drive and how ?
