[Application certification program] Unable to verify application running state

Hi,

I trying to run the application certification test tool, I have installed the MSI for my application, configured and start the corresponding services included in the MSI but the test tool fails to detect the application running state



As show in the attached screenshot the service is running, I tried to use the process name but this fails too, any ideas what could be causing the detection to fail?
