Server 2016 Process limit per User?

Hi Everyone,

I´m running into a strange issue with our transaction monitor. It should start around 300 Jobs (mostly PS-Scripts). But it´s only able to start 100 at a time. If I start the queue with another user, the system is able to start another 100.

Is there a limit for processes per user?

PS: Pushing the Limits of Windows: Processes and Threads didn´t help.
