Reverse DNS Name Servers Have Unknown IP Address

We have been experiencing issues lately with DNS. We currently have 5 domain controllers. When going through and fixing issues, I noticed that on the Name Servers tab, the IP address of the server I was on was Unknown. For example, if I am on DC01 and looked at the name server list, it would look like this

DC01 Unknown
DC02 1.1.1.2
DC03 1.1.1.3
DC04 1.1.1.4
DC05 1.1.1.5

Now if I go to DC02, it would look like this:

DC01 1.1.1.1
DC02 Unknown
DC03 1.1.1.3
DC04 1.1.1.4
DC05 1.1.1.5

My question is....is this by design or should I be going in and resolving the name for each zone? All of our zones our AD integrated, but not all zones are being replicated properly. I am wondering if this could be why?
