Remove old root certificates?

ATyler - Life Flight Network

We have a single internal enterprise root CA. Currently its only purpose is to issue certificates to Domain Controllers for LDAPS support. I have confirmed that all Domain Controllers are using certificates with the latest root CA signature, Certificate #2 from this list. <See Screenshot>. How does one go about removing Certificate #0 and Certificate #1 from the list?
