dism.exe source files could not be downloaded 0x800f0906

[Broken_soul]

My computer recently started to crash at random times when im using it or left on idle for a while. I tried running the dism.exe service but it cant download the source files. it gives me the error code 0x800f0906

Also

system startup repair doesn't work

refresh pc doesn't work

reset pc doesn't work

...

Im using a windows 8.1

and I got a windows 8 iso disk from the microsoft media creation tool


Is there anything I can do to fix this?
