.net framework 3.5 installation error - in Windows Server 2016

I am unable to install and getting the error while installing .net 3.5 frameworks in windows server 2016 which is connected to the internet. I don't have windows setup file as this is in the cloud.

the machine is connected to the internet, now I want to install my .net framework using the internet ( not from sources location_


Please help.
