Hi,
Help needed. I have the My Passport Wireless. It used to connect to all my devices using the My Cloud app. it now wont connect & says device offline. I can see the wifi lights are clearly on. I also can't seem to connect to it on my PC, ipads, iphone etc. When I go into the device to connect to wifi then head into website mypassport it says no internet found. I see on all instructions that it should have limited (but mine says no internet) It wont connect to the mypassport page at all. its getting so frustrating!
all info says windows 8 or prior I have windows 10.
