SMTP server(installed) was disabled in 'Add roles and Features Wizard'

Hello,

I am newbie to Windows server 2016. Local SMTP server was installed recently in my server, I would like to remove it now but the checkbox was disabled. I am using LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR to login already. SMTP service was stopped. Screen capture below:
