Server 2016 - How to enable Task Manager App History

The Task Manager App History feature in Windows 8.1 and 10 is very useful, I'd like to enable this feature in Server 2016, but there does not seem to be an obvious way to do this, the option to turn this on is missing from the drop down menu, it is there in Win 8.1 and 10. Screen shot will be uploaded once account is verified.
