My computer is hp intel i3. I bought brand new jan 2017. For the past 6 7 months I've been having trouble with sd drive. Sometimes the computer recognised the sd card I inserted, then other times it didn't. That happened with my usb drive when I plugged in my iphone as well but after I went to devise manger, I did some updating and following some advise on your site, then it started working again.
So I did the same thigs for the Sd drive and then it worked for awhile on and off it was a hit or miss. Now it stopped working altogether in aug and nothing I did has worked. Ive reset my computer several times. Updated the drivers followed whatever advise you gave to others, went on google to seek advise I tried and still nothing. This happened in Aug when the drive stopped when I inserted a micro sd card in an adapter for the first time. I don't know if this had something to do with this or what.
