I keep getting the following message: "Window Security. Microsoft Edge. The server modified password is asking for your user name and password. The server reports that it is from This ULR has been blocked under instruction of a competent US Government Authority or in compliance with the orders of a Court of competent jurisdiction. Infringing or abetting infringement of Copy right-protected content including under this URL is an offense in law Ss.63, 63, 63-A, 65m and 65-A of the Copyright Act, penalties of a prison term of up to 3 years and a fine of up to 3000 USD. Call 866-618-3303.

The back ground of this message looks like Microsoft. I did not call the number. I had to use the task manager to get out of the message. Trying to close it only brought it back. Is my PC infected? Is this a Microsoft for real message? Has anyone received this message?
