Database keeps getting corrupt

Hi

Windows Server 2016 with Essentials role on brand new Dell server.

Problem is that MS Access database file that is stored on server disk and is accessed by client pcs is getting corrupted frequently. I have done hardware diagnostics and everything seems OK.

What are some of the things I can check here?
